Bulk Scale Analysis - BSA™
BSA™ is an analysis method to analyze solid particles in produced water, amount and type of material. This is an accurate representation of risk for damaging scale precipitation in a well, pipeline or processing equipment. It can serve as a major part of the scale management tool to be basis for decision about scale prevention like inhibitor squeezing.
BSA save wells, cut inhibitor cost and improve production and well integrity.
When to get help from BSA
Define need for scale prevention treatment.
Optimize time for re-squeeze treatment.
Verify treatment effect.
Verify quality in injected water.
Control surface equipment scale accumulation.
Detect corrosion.
